When the activation screen comes up, it still shows the old serial number. Except the last part, I am not e sure about re-re-installing the OS. Yes, I have gone through this process twice. Thanks for taking the time to post and for the links
If all else fails, try starting from scratch (format, reinstall/update OS). When you run the new installer, click Never Register during the step that asks for your new serial number.

I have used both bitorrent and utorrent how can i fix it so i get the downloads? I have seen a few questions similar to this also something about a FAT32 problem, whatever that is.
Q: ERROR not enough disc space (FAT32) when i start to download i get a message after about a minute saying that there is not enough disc space, and there is plenty.
